A team primarily composed of retired Indian Army Generals and led by retired Vice Chief of Army Staff Lt. Gen AS Lamba has launched a website titled, “Our India the Nation” (http://ourindiathenation.com/)which aims to provide an unbiased analysis of the geo-political and strategic challenges that confront India.  The objective is to “make geo-politics comprehensible to the people, so as to trigger dispassionate and broad based debate, and to help evolve options that are neither conformist nor conventional, but logical , workable and contextually relevant.”

Vice Chief of Army Staff Lt. Gen (Retd) AS Lamba is a veteran of all military operations since 1971, and alumnus of prestigious Royal College of Defence Studies, London and King’s College, London. The team also has the privilege of getting able guidance and valuable association of  Lt. Gen (Retd) Gautam Banerjee, an accomplished strategic thinker and erudite author of numerous papers on defence issues and two books on national security. The other distinguished members of the team are Maj. Gen. (Retd.) I.P.Singh, Maj. Gen. (Retd.) Ajay Kumar Chaturvedi, and Brig.(Retd) Ravi Pandalai, who after having served the country with distinction are now contributing with their scholarly pursuits. Sanjiv Khanna, an Electrical Engineer and MBA and an avid watcher of the geo-politics of the South Asia region is also a team member.
